I Get It…
Coming to counseling and choosing transformation is one of the bravest steps a person can take. Through my own experiences with childhood trauma, family dysfunction, and anxiety, I’ve learned that life’s hardest seasons are not just obstacles to “push through,” but invitations to uncover our true strength.
As a former military wife, I understand the many challenges of that lifestyle—constant transitions, uncertainty, and the strain it can place on families. Having also worked in the corporate sector, I know the toll of operational burnout and the cost of always being “on.” These experiences have shaped my belief that healing is possible and that even in our hardest moments, we can discover who we truly are and what we are capable of.
You don’t have to carry this weight alone anymore. I am here to walk alongside you with encouragement and compassion as you explore these challenges with openness and courage. Healing is not about erasing your story, but about reclaiming your voice, discovering your strengths, and embodying the peace you deserve.I look forward to meeting you!
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and am deeply committed to fostering authentic transformation and healing. Outside of my work as a counselor, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Colorado, indulging in culinary adventures, and cherishing quality time with my husband of ten years, our wonderful son, and our fur baby yellow lab!
